On 6 July 2026, the first grant agreement was officially signed with the Housing Association at 3 Polna Street; The grant recipient achieved the highest number of points and was awarded the highest grant of 360,000 PLN in the first round of the “Safe Housing – Removal of Individual Gas Stoves” Grant Competition.

On May 14, 2026, at 5:00 PM, a meeting began with residents interested in the "Safe Apartment - Dismantling of Individual Gas Stoves" - the Grant Competition. The first round of applications for this program began on May 4, 2026, and will run until June 3, 2026.

Mayor of the city and Commune of Końskie announces recruitment for the Grant Competition „Safe Apartment – Dismantling of Indywidual Gas Stoves” covered by the Project „We are developing Końskie – a safe and vibrant city full of energy” financed from the founds of the Secong Edition of Swiss Financial aid for selected European Union states in order to reduce socio-economic differences within the European Union and from the sta te budget under the Polish-Swiss Urban Development Programme.

The Końskie commune, as part of the agreement on co-financing the implementation of the project "We are developing Końskie - a safe and vibrant city full of energy", received PLN 49,784,693 from the Swiss Funds supporting the reduction of economic and social disparities in the European Union under the Polish-Swiss Urban Development Programme.
