Pursuant to Article 18(1–6): Everyone has the right to request that a website, mobile application or any element thereof be made digitally accessible. You may also request that information be made available via an alternative means of access, for example by having a document that is not digitally accessible read aloud, or by having the content of a film without audio description, etc. The request should include the details of the person making the request, specify which website or mobile app is concerned, and provide contact details. If the person making the request indicates a need to receive information via an alternative access method, they should also specify the format in which they would prefer to receive this information. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public body shall immediately inform the person making the request of when the request can be fulfilled, provided that this period does not exceed 2 months from the date the request was made. If ensuring digital accessibility is not possible, the public body may propose an alternative method of accessing the information.
