Recruitment for the Grant Competition „Safe Apartment – Dismantling of Indywidual Gas Stoves”
Mayor of the city and Commune of Końskie announces recruitment for the Grant Competition „Safe Apartment – Dismantling of Indywidual Gas Stoves” covered by the Project „We are developing Końskie – a safe and vibrant city full of energy” financed from the founds of the Secong Edition of Swiss Financial aid for selected European Union states in order to reduce socio-economic differences within the European Union and from the sta te budget under the Polish-Swiss Urban Development Programme.
Purpose of the competition
The aim of the competition is increase level of safety of resident of the Końskie commune by dismantig individual gas stoves and installing hot water installations in buildings.
Who can apply for a grant?
- housing communities,
- housing cooperatives,
- owners of single-family a nd m ulti-family buildings located in the city of Końskie and connected to the municipa heating network.
Amount of funding
- up t o a maximum of 100% of eligible cost’s,
- no more tah PLN 6 000,00 (gross) for the liquidation of one gas stove together with the connetion of the internal instalation to the central hot water network.
- total amount of funding is PLN 6 000 000,00.
Scope of funding
1. Construction/reconstruction of installations in the common areas of the building,
2. Installation of internal domestic hot water installations in residential premises in place of dismantled gas stoves
3. Preparation of technical documentation, expert opinions, bills of quantities, cost estimates, technical specifications, services related to the selection of a contractor for works only as part of the project covering the execution of the installations referres to in points 1 and 2.

Firs round of grant applications from May 4, 2026 to June 3, 2026
How to submit of an application?
Applications should be submitted:
- in a sealed envelope with note – Gr ant Competition „ Safe Apartment – Dismantling of Indywidual Gas Stoves” along with the Applicant’s details directly to the office of the City and Commune Office in Końskie (room 24), ul. Partyzantów 1, 26-200 Końskie between 7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p. m.,
- the Grant Application form is available on the Project webside www. rozwijamykonskie.pl and www.umkonskie.pl , Annex No. 1.
Assessment of applications
Applications will be assessend in terms of form and content in accordance with the „Grant Project Selection Criteria” (Annex No. 2) by the Grant Awarding Committee.

Detailed rules for participation in the competition are specified in the Grant Competition Regulations adopted by Resolution No. XXI/148/2026 of the Końskie City Council of 10 February 2026 (Journal of Laws of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship of 2026, item 544).
