Resident’s meeting regarding the "Safe Apartment - Dismantling of Individual Gas Stoves" - The Grant Competition

On May 14, 2026, at 5:00 PM, a meeting began with residents interested in the "Safe Apartment - Dismantling of Individual Gas Stoves" - the Grant Competition. The first round of applications for this program began on May 4, 2026, and will run until June 3, 2026.

As part of this meeting, Mr. Janusz Rębecki, an expert in Central Hot Water installations from Joter Serwis, was invited to present a presentation on the topic of replacing gas boilers with Central Hot Water. During the presentation, residents learned not only about the technical aspects but also the advantages and disadvantages of the presented riser models used in multi-family buildings. 

Fire safety expert Jacek Suder was also present at the meeting, answering resident’s questions and providing information on the hazards of the boiler system and the advantages of using the system from the municipal network.

The president of the Końskie Heating Company, Tomasz Szatkowski, and the president of the Housing Management Company, Krzysztof Stoiński, also answered residents' questions. Questions were related to the system's efficiency, water temperature, and the cost of heating 1 m³ of hot water using the CCWU system. Technical questions were also raised, concerning the method of installing the risers.
