Results of the first the Grant Competition

Between 4 May and 3 June 2026, applications could be submitted to The City and Municipality Office in Końskie for the first round of the Grant Competition ‘Safe Housing – Removal of Individual Gas Stoves’, in accordance with the Grant Competition Rules adopted by Resolution No. XXI/148/2026 of the Końskie Town Council dated 10 February 2026 (Official Journal of the Świętokrzyskie Province, 2026, item 544).

During the call for applications, 10 applications were received. On 11 June 2026, the Grant Award Committee carried out a formal assessment of the submitted applications. All applications were submitted correctly. A formal assessment form was drawn up for each application.

On 16 June 2026, the Grant Award Committee assessed the submitted applications in terms of their substantive merit. The maximum number of points available was 14. The results of the substantive assessment are as follows:

1. Housing Association for the property at 3 Polna Street in Końskie – 14 points
2. Housing Association for the property at  6 Południowa Street in Końskie – 14 points
3. Housing Association for the property at 8 Południowa Street in Końskie – 14 points
4. Housing Association for the property at 10 Południowej  Street in Końskie – 14 points
5. Housing Association for the property at 5 Hubala Street in Końskie – 10 points
6. Housing Association for the property at 11 Iwo Odrowąża  Street in Końskie – 10 points
7. Housing Association for the property at 7 Odrowąża Street in Końskie – 6 points
8. Housing Association for the property at 9 Iwo Odrowąża Street in Końskie – 6 points
9. Housing Association for the property at 3A Hubala Street in Końskie – 6 points
10. Housing Association for the property at 5A Hubala  Street in Końskie – 6 points
