Signing of agreements with grant recipients for the first round of the Grant Competition ‘Safe Housing – Removal of Individual Gas Stoves’

On 6 July 2026, the first grant agreement was officially signed with the Housing Association at 3 Polna Street, represented by Mr Grzegorz Połeć, Mr Marcin Fidor and Mr Zbigniew Stępnik. The grant recipient achieved the highest number of points and was awarded the highest grant of 360,000 PLN in the first round of the “Safe Housing – Removal of Individual Gas Stoves” Grant Competition. Thanks to this support, the housing association will be able to remove 60 gas stoves from 60 flats and connect them to the municipal hot water supply. 

Agreements with a further nine beneficiaries of the Grant Competition are being signed by the housing associations’ management boards and the local authority. In the current call for applications, a total of 220 flats in 10 multi-family residential buildings – including six buildings in their entirety – will receive funding for the removal of the stoves. The total amount allocated to the grant recipients is 1,320,000.00 PLN. Construction work may begin shortly.
